The lead up to results day can be a rollercoaster of emotions. Nerves, excitement, anticipation, worry. All of them are ok to feel and you’re not alone. It is likely that your friends will be experiencing the same worries.
If you are struggling, speaking to someone such as a parent, a friend, a teacher, or a public health nurse can help. Sometimes, you might need extra help and there are support services who can help, no matter how big or small your worries are.

Kooth is a free online counselling and wellbeing support service, available to everyone aged 11-25 in Portsmouth. You can chat to the team on a live chat or message. The site is 24/7 and counselling is available weekdays 12.00pm-10.00pm and weekends 6.00pm-10.00pm.
