ChatHealth is a confidential text messaging service that enables children and young people (aged 11-19) to contact their local school nursing team. Find out whether ChatHealth is available in your local area and the number to text here.
If you need help quickly, or if ChatHealth is not available in your area, contact your GP, call 111 or visit a walk-in-centre. In an emergency, call 999.
