Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Notts

Support is available in Nottinghamshire covering Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

The service by Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust service may contribute to the Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) process where required, including assessments and annual reviews for children and young people (CYP).

We support the development of EHCPs with a clear focus on the child or young person’s aspirations, desired outcomes, and the provision required to meet their identified needs.
