Freedom To Explore Open Day

A chance to experience the well-being activities that will be on offer.

Arts Council England has funded Inclusive Movement Participatory Arts & Community Dance (IMPACD C.I.C) to provide a brand-new creative well-being service for Nottingham City and the surrounding area.

IMPACD creates opportunities for isolated and marginalised adults to dance and participate in the arts for improved physical and emotional well being, connecting people to develop tolerance, understanding and kindness within their communities.

To help residents and support agencies understand what they do and meet them in person, their artists are hosting a drop-in session on February 17th to provide residents and support services with an opportunity to visit and experience the well-being activities that will be on offer over the next year, including dance, music, art and drumming sessions.

The Freedom To Explore Open Day takes place between 10:30am and 1:30pm at Unit G7, Roden House, Ashley Street, Nottingham NG3 1JG.

Self referral is encouraged to the sessions, which begin on February 27th. They are free or pay what you can.
