A Health and Wellbeing event is being held for young people from South Nottinghamshire, with free ice skating.
Those aged 11-19 who live in South Notts are invited to the health and wellbeing event at Nottingham Arena on 2 July 2022 between 11am and 2pm.
The South Nottinghamshire Place-Based Partnership (PBP) – a partnership of local NHS services, councils, voluntary sector organisations and communities covering the areas of Rushcliffe, Broxtowe, Gedling and Hucknall – has been working with local young people across South Nottinghamshire to find out what young people really want from their local health and care services and wellbeing activities.
As part of this work, they have organised this event where they will be covering issues from mental health support in school settings to local GP services, and local support and information to sports facilities, activities and more.
At the event you will meet with local health and care leaders, learn more about their plans and have your say about what they need to do to make local services and amenities better for young people. There will also be stalls and freebies.
And as a thank you for coming along, you will get a free lunch, a free ice-skating session, and be entered into a prize draw to win an iPad.
