Time to talk day encourage people to talk about mental health and reduce the stigma.
At least 1 in 4 people struggle with their mental health.
Many do not talk about their mental health due to worries that people will make them feel ashamed, worthless or isolated.
By talking and listening we can change lives and encourage others to bring mental health into the open.
