A countywide, friendly and confidential service for 16-24 year olds who are in need of HYH services. The advice and information worker will support the young person and give realistic advice and options and where relevant, family members. Mediation can be provided to help prevent family breakdown and youth homelessness.
If homelessness cannot be prevented, the service will aim to support a young person to access appropriate, safe accommodation.
