Our bodies are good at telling us when we’re stressed, and this stress can be common around exam season. In fact, it’s normal to feel stressed around the time of your exams. But sometimes these feelings can be overwhelming and make it harder to focus and concentrate.

  • You can manage these feelings around exam stress by giving yourself enough time to study and time to take breaks. It might help to plan ahead and make yourself a timetable.
  • Staying healthy, hydrated and active can help too, alongside making sure you’re getting 8 hours sleep per night.
  • Work/life balance is really important too; give yourself time for the things you enjoy and make sure you keep in touch with friends as well as doing your revision.
