Have your say on how family hubs could support 8-19 year olds and their families Â
The council is changing the way that children’s centres provide support to families which involves the age range being extended from 8 to 19 years (or 25 for young people with special educational needs and disabilities). The plan is for this to link to a family hub model which would also involve more services and community groups to offer a wider range of support.
Have your say on what services and support you would like to see available and what is important to you about how and where family hubs work by completing this anonymous questionnaire by 31st March.
