Yes! You control who sees your information. Both the NHS App and PKB are:
- Secure and private
- Protected by strict NHS data rules
- Only accessible with login details like passwords or ID checks
Can I use these if I’m under 16?
- You may be able to use both, depending on your GP practice and local services
- Sometimes, parents or carers may have access too (especially for younger children)
- As you get older, you can usually manage your own account
- If you’re unsure, ask your GP. You can just pop into reception or call. You do not need an appointment for this.
