Your sexual health matters

Worried about sexual health or have questions about relationships? If you’re under 16, you can get free, confidential help from East Sussex Sexual Health. That means they won’t tell your parents, school, or doctor—unless they’re worried about your safety and they’ll talk to you first.

What they offer:

  • Friendly, non-judgemental staff who treat you with respect.
  • Free STI tests which you can do yourself if symptom-free.
  • Help with contraception and sexual health questions.
  • A special youth clinic called The Circle Room in Lewes every Tuesday (3:30–6:00 PM)—no appointment needed.
  • Support from school health services and a free C-Card for condoms (ages 13–24)

💡 Why it matters: Talking about sex and relationships can feel awkward, but they’re here to make it easier and safer for you. Your health and wellbeing come first.
