Young Oasis Hastings offers free, one-to-one therapy for children and teens aged five to 18 who are affected by a family member’s drug or alcohol use. You’ll get up to 16 sessions with a trained therapist in a safe space where you can talk, play, and work through your feelings. It’s based in Hastings and open during term time and holidays. You can refer yourself or ask a parent, carer or professional to help.
