Free condoms for 13 to 24 year olds

The C-Card is your free pass to condoms and lube if you’re 13 to 24 and living in East Sussex. It’s confidential and easy to use.

C-card is:

  • free: Condoms and lube are always free with your C-Card.
  • private: It’s confidential so no one else will know you’re signed up. We only share information if there’s a serious concern about your safety.
  • available locally – youth centres, clinics, pharmacies and more
  • safer choices – protect yourself against STIs and unplanned pregnancy
  • Available for under 16s: You can still register. A trained worker will just check that you understand and are making safe choices.

✨ Stay safe. Stay confident. The C-Card is here for you.

How it works

  • Register online or at a sign-up venue. You can also register at most schools with one of our school nurse team at in-school health promotion events.
  • Get your C-Card – a quick, private chat with a trained worker
  • Collect free packs – show your card at any Pick-Up Point with the C-Card logo.
