East Sussex School Health Service

The East Sussex School Health Service is here to support the health and wellbeing of children and young people aged five to 19.

You can get help with things like your physical and emotional health, sleep, relationships and body image. The team includes friendly nurses and health professionals who can talk with you privately, either in person or by phone or video call.

You don’t need to go through your GP — just ask your school or contact the service directly. They’ll listen, offer advice and help you find the right support.
