Adhar Project
Adhar Project is a Leicester based mental health charity providing a range of low-level, community based support opportunities for those in the Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) groups with mental health needs, as well as supporting their families and carers.
Lamp Mental Health Advocacy
Lamp offers free to access mental health advocacy in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. Their service is confidential and non-judgmental.

The Laura Centre
The Laura Centre is a specialist bereavement counselling service who offer help and support to young people when they have lost someone special in their life.

If you decide to try counselling, this doesn’t have to just be talking; you can play games, draw, make stuff, use puppets or just be quiet, whatever makes you feel most comfortable.

New Dawn New Day
New Dawn New Day has worked to support the wellbeing of women and girls in Leicester and Leicestershire for over 30 years. They started out as a community-based women’s centre in the 1980s, and now deliver a range of services to vulnerable and socially excluded women designed to meet their multiple and complex needs.

1st Out Youth Group
First Out is the Leicester LGBT Centre’s social and support group for young people aged 13-15 who identify anywhere under the LGBT+ umbrella or are questioning their sexuality or gender identity. The group runs every Tuesday 4:30pm – 6:30pm.

The C-Card
The C-Card is a small card (roughly the size of debit card) which offers easy access to condoms and lube in a range of venues, including all Sexual Health Clinics and many schools, further education colleges and pharmacies in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

Free confidential services including sexually transmitted infection (STI) screening and treatment, pregnancy testing, contraception and more.
Sexual Health and Contraception Clinic (Shacc)
Shacc is a group of primary care organisations in Leicester City. They have interests and skills in the area of sexual health and an aim to tackle some of the local issues in sexual health such as a high teenage pregancy rate, increasing demand for sexual health services and poor access to long acting reversible contraceptive methods.
