Leicester Sexual Health – Diverse Communities Service

Leicester Sexual Health have a Diverse Communities Service.  The service aims to improve access and break barriers for Leicester’s diverse communities when it comes to sexual health.

They are promoting sexual health knowledge and services, including contraception and infection screening, and building links between those from Black, Asian and minority communities in Leicester City.

Leicester Sexual Health can offer drop-in sessions, group chats or similar, depending on the service type, to empower individuals to control their health.

These clinics are run by friendly Specialist Nurse, Shelly, who runs the Diverse Communities Service.

At these clinics, people can access free and confidential:

  • Contraception (excluding coils)
  • C-Card and condoms
  • STI testing and treatment
  • HIV prevention
  • Information and advice
