Welcome to this weeks chat on Mental Health. Today is World Mental Health Day and so its a good time to challenge stigma and encourage more people to talk about mental health. Has anybody got any ideas on how to improve your mental health?

Jo Bates / 10 Oct 16:39

Physical and Mental Health are as important as one another. So we need to look after our emotional and mental health as much as we do our physical. What ideas do people have about this?

The coping strategies we sometimes use can help us to stay emotionally well. Has anybody got any suggestions on positive coping strategies? Such as exercise, talk to someone...

Mental health is important. It is not always talked about which can make it feel less important. If you are experiencing difficulties or struggling, then its important to find a safe person to have a discussion with, who can support you. Happy World Mental Health Day! Remember you are important :)
