A healthy relationship is a balanced and fair relationship. You and your partner should both feel equal to one another and feel you can openly share and talk to each other about things.

Are you worried about your relationship OR someone else's and want to talk to someone? There are ways you can get help/ advice/ support. Talk to a trusted adult in school or college, talk to a parent or you can talk to your school nurse. Alternatively you can look online at http://www.relateleicestershire.org.uk/ where you can find information on healthy relationships.

-Difficulties in your own relationship
-Parents separation or divorce, either recently or in the past.
-Difficulty adjusting to living in a new family.
-Any other family problems or changes.

Healthy or unhealthy relationships may occur between you and your partner, you and family member or your parents/ grandparents etc
