Easter can be quite a hear time to follow a healthy diet
Especially if you get lots of Easter Eggs
Try not to eat or your Easter eggs all in one go - space them out - it nice to have treat now again
Did you know if you eat 6 cream eggs - you will have eaten 1063 calories 63g Fat (nearly all your fat intake for the whole day) and 162g sugar that is 41 teaspoons of sugar

Are you snacking more over the Easter break
Try to make sure you eat regular meals this can help with snacking
I know it can be hard when you are having a lie in the morning as you don’t have to get up for school
But try to have a healthy meal when you get up try scrambled egg on toast

Trying to be active can help with snacking -
Teenagers should be active for 60 minutes everyday
This can be split into 10mins / 15mins or 30mins segments - you don't have to do it all in one go
Being active does not mean heading to the gym any activity that makes you slightly breathless counts
Try Walking your or dog or playing games with your friends or just put some music on and dance
