Food manufacturers should provide food that is healthy to eat. They shouldn't provide food that is so bad you can only eat it once or twice a week.

Some ready made meals can be healthy you need to get label wise if choosing these options, the majority of ready made meals now have information on the front of the packet that is colour coded with red, amber & green for fat, saturated fat, sugar & salt

too much salt can increase your blood pressure which can be bad for your heart
the maximum amount of salt you should be having a day is 6g (about a teaspoon) most of the salt eaten tends to come from processed foods

Eating too much sugar can affect your health such as increase your risk of type 2 diabetes, it is not good for your teeth sugar does not contain any nutrients (vitamins, minerals, protein) just empty calories

Sugar intake should be around 5-6teaspoons a day around 20g this does not include fruit but this does include all the processed foods with sugar in them

Yes sugar containing fizzy drinks are very high in sugar a can of coke has 9teasponns of sugar
Ideally you should have 6-8 drinks everyday more if is hot or you have been very active
Water is the best drink

Being active is very good for you try and be active for 60mins a day - ok this sounds a lot but it can be split up into sections of time 10- 15mins or even 30mins try walking to school or get off the bus a stop earlier on the way home
