SportyMonkey / 15 Feb 16:38

I have such a sweet tooth, and have found it hard to reduce my sugar intake
But have just managed to do it!!!

SportyMonkey / 15 Feb 16:39

someone once told me that I don't have to stop eating sugar... just control it and have healthy foods in balance

SportyMonkey / 15 Feb 16:40

What can I do when I have chocolate cravings?!?!

SleepyBear / 15 Feb 16:41

Are sugar free products better for you? I've heard they have alternatives in that are just as bad.

Chat Health (Nurse - Moderator) / 15 Feb 16:42

Fruit sugars are a healthy sugars - it is better if you have fruit compare to a chocolate bar

Chat Health (Nurse - Moderator) / 15 Feb 16:44

It can be hard to cut sugars out - try doing one food/drink at a time
did you know that a bottle of coke has 13 teaspoons of sugar compare to a sugar free drink which has none

SportyMonkey / 15 Feb 16:46

I tend to drink water when ever I feel like drinking fizzy drinks
It quenches my thirst and keeps it all healthy at the same time

Chat Health (Nurse - Moderator) / 15 Feb 16:49
