Exam stress can feel scary and daunting at times and cause you to feel anxious. Anxiety is often a normal feeling when exams are coming up and you have lots of revision to do. The best things to do are to keep calm, organise your time and look after yourself/ health. Good sleep routines and a healthy balanced diet help with your moods and concentration levels too. It is important to do revision in bitesize chuncks and ensure you have some 'me' time to relax and unwind.
