Eat Well Move More

Eat Well Move More is a free family weight management and healthy lifestyles programme for families with children aged 4-16 years who have concerns over their child’s weight and  health.  The programme is designed to help children lose weight by working with families, supporting them to develop a healthier and more active lifestyle.

Sessions include healthy eating and nutritional advice, tips and ideas for being more active, fun games and interactive activities for the whole family.

SIAS

Solihull Integrated Addiction Service (SIAS) is a partnership between four organisations jointly responsible for the delivery of the drug, alcohol and gambling services, in the Borough of Solihull.

 

Support is offered on a one to one basis and includes:

  • Assessment
  • One to one sessions
  • Links to activities and referrals to other services
  • Counselling

SOLAR

Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, Barnardo’s and Autism West Midlands work together to provide emotional wellbeing and mental health services for children and young people in Solihull.  The service currently accepts children and young people, until their 19th birthday, who are residents in the borough of Solihull, go to school or college in the Solihull borough, or have a Solihull GP.
