The school nursing service is here to support you throughout your journey to adulthood.
The school nursing teams work in schools and the local community to promote and provide support around good physical health as well as emotional health and wellbeing. Do you have a query, concern and need some advice? Each school is assigned a school nurse this ensures you will see the same School Nurse and receive continuity of care. The school Nursing service is confidential and we will not discuss your personal information with anyone else without your permission, this includes parents and teachers. We would only pass on information in order to protect you or someone else from harm. If we need to share information we will tell you that this is going to happen and will also let you know who we are going to share the information with.
