Mental Health Awareness Week

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week, with the theme being nature.

Hopefully you have managed to enjoy being outside this week and appreciating what nature offers.

We hope you are all okay and just a reminder that if you need support for your mental health, there is lots of different services and advice around for young people.

The School Nursing Team run Chat Health, a confidential text messaging service, where young people from the age of 11-19 can text in for advice around their health and well being.
