i-Rock is a free support service for anyone aged 14 to 25 living in East Sussex. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, school pressure, relationships, or just feeling low, i-Rock is here to help you figure things out.
They offer:
• friendly chats with professionals who get what you’re going through
• support with mental health, education, jobs, housing, and more
• virtual drop-ins via video, audio, or text—weekdays from 11am to 6pm
• face-to-face appointments in Hastings, Eastbourne, or Newhaven.
Use their online platform to chat live between 11am and 6pm.
